Wednesday, June 25th, at 6:30pm in the Holy Family Room. All who helped with the MayFest this year are encouraged to attend. All parishioners who are interested in volunteering their time/talent for our MayFest 2009 Event, please attend this meeting also!
We ask that every Ministry Leader within our parish attend or send a representative from your ministry.
This meeting will not only include discussing the expense/profits from the various booths, bingo, meal, etc., but it will also cover ideas for next year, what can be changed and what can be improved upon.
To ensure that we have all areas covered for next year, and that each area has what's needed to be successful, to run smoothly, and to have plenty of help -- we are asking that all ministries become involved in this church, fund-raising event.
There will be a detailed list of all booths/areas at the MayFest Wrap-Up Meeting. There will be areas that will require 2-3 Ministries working together to make it successful (silent auction, live auction and raffle)......Whereas other areas may need only one ministry.
Ministry Leaders who attend (or a representative from your ministry), will have the opportunity to choose what area they want their ministry to be responsible for.
Together, we can make MayFest 2009 a HUGE SUCCESS by having these plans in place!
