Greetings All-

I am scheduling the next semi-annual Usher’s meeting for September 27^th, 2011, at 6:30PM , in the Parish Hall. I hope that all of you will be able to attend.

We Ushers are responsible for the donuts and coffee after the 8:15AM Masses in September and October. I will be placing a sign-up roster on the inside of the closet door where the baskets and bulletins are stored. I am asking for three volunteers for each Sunday. If you can volunteer on a Sunday, please sign up. If you prefer, you can email me or call me with the date(s) you would like to volunteer. As part of this responsibility, one of the volunteers will have to pick up the donuts from the donut shop. The dates we need volunteers follow:

Lastly, I have attached the current Usher’s schedule. Please note that October has five weekends, and those scheduled on the fourth weekend of the month will be scheduled for the fifth weekend, as well. Ifany information is incorrect, please provide me the correct information.
